Accept or reject requests to join your gallery

Instructions

1. Because galleries contain sensitive and private information — everyone must request and be granted access by a gallery’s owner or admins.
2. The gallery owner and admins will be notified whenever someone requests to join their gallery.

Assigning permissions to a gallery member

Instructions

1. There are 3 permission options to choose from:
   1. Admin: Full control. Can edit the gallery’s profile, artwork, and collector.
   2. Advisor: Limited control. Can only edit the gallery’s artwork and collectors..
   3. View Only: Cannot edit. Can only view, artwork, and collectors.
2. Choose one of the permissions (you can change this again at any time). Click Finish to complete the process.
